Description

Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible to build and understand enterprise customers’ key business drivers and use this knowledge to develop and create a profitable business in Malaysia

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate customer needs and expectations, manage day-to-day business, and validate and communicate customer requirements within the organization
  • Design and offer device and service solutions that provide value to the customer and the company and thus influences sell in and sell through decisions to grow the business
  • Drive execution of local account activities to ensure that sales targets for the accounts are achieved.
  • Develop and execute local account plans aligned with the global plans
  • Proactively seek feedback on performance and assess it against targets and in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Day-to-day running of the account, forecasting, issue resolution, response to customer requirements, and selling Services into the Operator customer and also working to sell through to the end consumer.
  • Develop strong internal networks, create dialogue with people at different levels and share information with colleagues in the respective functions.
  • Excellent communication skills especially with customers’ C level executives.

A seasoned sales professional with at least 3-years experience in Sales and Account Management  a strong understanding of commercial sales and account management is required for this replacement role.

Qualifications
  • Seasoned Telecommunication/IT sales professional with minimum 2-years experience in IT Solution Sales and Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales and account management is required
  • Self starter with strong organization and presentation skills
  • Understands the products, portfolio, enterprise behaviors and consumer segmentation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sales negotiation and closing deals
  • Manage budgets for sales activities
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia and Overseas.
